What Is Collected

Submitted job description text temporarily, ZIP code, selected mode, hashed IP address for rate limiting and acknowledgment audit records, and the acknowledgment record itself.

What Is Not Collected

JobShrink does not ask for résumés or personal profiles. If the user pastes PII into a posting, that text may be processed as part of the submitted content.

Retention

JD cache records are intended to expire after 24 hours. Shared report links expire after approximately 30 days. Acknowledgment audit records are retained for 13 months.

Third Parties

Production analysis may send task data to OpenAI, CareerOneStop, Adzuna, O*NET, Zippopotam.us, Vercel, and Upstash Redis. JobShrink does not sell submitted content and does not use it for model training.
